Birthed from a place of sincere worship and prayer, Ujulikane is a song from the depth of our hearts; a prayer that we hope you will share in as you interact with this piece. It was a great pleasure working with Alice Kimanzi on this one!
I wrote this song two years ago while reminiscing on the death of Jesus Christ and what it means to us. I couldn't think of it any less than what it is: the greatest and most precious act of love this world will ever see.He did all this so you and I could experience grace freely given and freedom from everything that binds us. God has breathed on this tune. Enjoy it and be blessed.
Psalms 34:8 “Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him.” My God is good. I love Him and I know He is good. I have tasted of His love.. He is indeed so good!
This praise song gets me in an elated mood. It basically portrays God as more than everything I need, if that is even grammatically correct to say..haha. As I was writing it, I felt Nasara would make it sound even better and I’m glad he was ready and willing to work with me on it. God will supply all your needs, according to His riches in glory. I really want the world to know this God I know. He is amazing. If you haven’t received Him in your life, please open the door of your heart today.
Honestly, if there is anything I long for in this world, it is to hear the Lord tell me, “Well done, good and faithful servant”. That greatly serves as a motivation to keep me doing what I do in ministry. For quite some time, I had wanted to write a song bearing this message and I was glad when it finally dropped in my heart. The narrow road is tough, but the crown of honour, is the best thing ever. Therefore, don’t be discouraged, instead, be a faithful steward. Please God.
'Kama Sio Wewe' is the second song off Laura's debut album, "Natamani Nikuone - The Album". All that I am and hope to be, I wouldn't have achieved had it not been for the grace of God. Psalms 124: "If the Lord had not been on our side..." Let Him build your houses and watch over your cities, that you may not labour in vain.
"Neema Yako" is Laura's third single off her debut album. It's song that highlights God's grace in action in our day to day lives. A personal testimony of Laura's, well executed in writing by Pitson. Enjoy the song and be blessed.
Mtetezi is the second single from my first Album, majorly derived from the book of 1 John 1:5-10 (5 This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. 6 If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all[a] sin. 8 If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us. I hope it serves as a reminder to you that God's grace is sufficient for us and his power is made perfect in our weaknesses. Never fear, Jesus paid the entire price.
